YO! Kangaroo Tail Italian Style, Nom! Nom!

YO! loves exotic foods and I have tried many types of meals which you will not find in any local restaurants. In my travels to the many off the beaten path towns around the world, one of my favorite meals is kangaroo tail Italian style. Native foods in Australia are truly a connection to thousands of years of aboriginal traditional cooking.

The meat is so well seasoned and the flavors are amazing and Kangaroo meat is basically the equivalent to deer meat in American. The meat is very lean and in the past few decades supermarkets all over Australian are now selling Kangaroo because of a resurgence of popularity with the locals.

Interesting enough, the aboriginal foods which the indigenous people of Australia enjoyed for thousands of years has in recent times gained a wide range of popularity and is vastly becoming part of the daily gastronomy of this beautiful country. Australians are every day incorporating the local flora and fauna as a vital part of their diets. So if your ever in the land down unda, do not forget to try the kangaroo, you might be surprised how delicious it truly is and many other native foods.

Here is a list of 10 excellent Native Australian Restaurants and city locations where you can find many delicious Native cuisines in Australia.
