YO! If you
ever want the taste of Moroccan/French Mediterranean cuisine them a must stop
is the Bistro Truck in New York City. The Bistro has been operating since 2009
and boasts some delicious eats for foodies at heart. Located on the area of
Union Square and other streets you can locate them by following them on facebook/BistroTruck, twitter/BistroTruck.
The
Bistro menu is very delectable and shows amazing creations raging form the most
expensive $10.00 or less. My favorites are the Seafood Pastilla (fish, seafood,
vermicell, cheese seasoned with an exotic blend of herbs and spices) and the
Lamb Marrakech (braised then roasted lamb). YO! Actually everything is
delicious on the Bistro truck, believe me... tried it all. ;)
