YO! I have traveled around the world and have tasted great
street food. My passion for street eats has made this quest to taste new
street food such a big passion, I decided to open my own food truck. Bravo On
The Grill which will soon roam the streets of Tampa, FL by day and have a permanent
spot by night (to be announced) will serve amazing hamburgers and Spanish
meals.
Our specialty will be a delicious burger created originally in the beautiful
island of the Dominican Republic. The Chimi-burger as it is called locally is
not your ordinary burger and has the authentic flavor of the Caribbean. BOGT
will also be serving different foods inspired by Dominican, Puerto Rican and
Cuban cuisine. So get ready to eat with some Spanish food love… nom, which will
bring you lots of flavors from some beautiful islands in the Caribbean.
